Organisations with an active waste minimisation policy can substantially reduce costs by improving recycling. From waste stream audits through to scheduling, collection and the sale of recyclables, Waste Services provides an end-to-end commercial recycling service.
Segregated or co-mingled materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, cans, glass, wood and hardcore are collected and sold to secondary markets for reuse or recycling. Waste Services also handles the collection and disposal of electrical and electronic equipment as required by WEEE regulation.

REMEMBER, YOU NOW HAVE TO PRE-TREAT YOUR WASTE
As part of new Landfill Directive regulations that came into effect on 30th October 2007, all non-liquid trade waste has to be pre-treated before any of it can be disposed of as landfill. This means that you, or your waste contractor, have to separate and recycle one or more of the waste materials you collect.
Speak to Waste Services about the new regulations and what you can do to ensure your business complies.
